Seismic Gas Shutoff Valve Project Questionnaire

We are ready to provide you with a proposal for coordinating a turnkey project that includes a properly sized seismic gas shutoff valve, installation by a licensed and insured plumbing contractor, and plumbing permit. Our experience includes single-family homes, duplexes and triplexes, apartments, condominiums, shopping malls, highrises, and industrial plants.

Please contact us regarding your project using this form or send us an e-mail. This could be a new project or an existing system in need of upgrade or modification. Fields marked with * are mandatory fields

*Where is your building located?
*Please briefly describe the type of building, the number of gas meter(s), and the location of the gas meter(s) (i.e., on the side of the building above the ground, underneath or inside the building, or in a below-grade vault).
Can the installation(s) be done during regular business hours? If not, please indicate the hours and days that the work can be done.
How many customer houseline stubs are there, and what size are they? (Note: The stub is where the line enters the building, is sized according to the plumbing code, and is often larger than the piping that exits the meter.)
What is your deadline for completion of this project? Are you doing this project to satisfy a requirement of your city or county, a recommendation from your insurance company, or voluntarily?
Please state any further information you feel might be helpful or any specific inquiries you might have. If you have a digital photo (.jpg) of the piping between the gas meter and building, please attach it to an e-mail.
